1) Below Min.30 Pax surcharge applicable for Buffet Delivery; Min. 25Pax +$2/Pax, Min. 20Pax +$4/Pax

2) Buffet Delivery And Setup Fee $80/Trip.

3) Mini Buffet / Bento Delivery Fee $40/Trip.

4A) Surcharge applicable for delivery to CBD / City/ Tuas / Changi Loyang - $18/Trip

4B) Surcharge applicable for delivery Changi Aiport / Tanah Merah Terminal / Seletar Airport - $25/Trip

4C) Surcharge applicable for delivery to Jurong Island/ Sentosa Island at $30/Trip.

5) Surcharge $40 Per Flight applicable for venue without direct lift access, Maximum up to Level 2. For Level 3 and above, please discuss with us (based on the type of Order).

6) Surcharge $20/ trip applicable to deliveries where the traveling distance exceeds 10-minute radius from our dispatch location OR the designated parking location is NOT the same block as the delivery address.

7) Early Delivery Surcharge (Before 8AM) - $60-$120/Trip Before GST

8) Late Collection Surcharge (4Hours After Setup, Latest by 10.30PM) - $50/Hour

9) Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

10) No refund will be given for cancellation of orders on the day of delivery.

11) All orders will only be confirmed once payment has been made 3 days in advance by Paynow or Bank Transfer.

12) All orders must be submitted at least 3 working days in advance.
